About Me

I graduated from Pennsylvania School of Massage in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania in 1993. Afterwards, I apprenticed under a Massage Therapist in Salisbury, Maryland and later took over her practice. I married Sam Shell in 1997 and moved to Monterey, Virginia. I spent the next years raising three children and juggling private and homeschool. In 2011 I opened a massage studio in Staunton, Virginia. Then in January 2014, I opened Simply Me Massage, at the current location, in the Highland Medical Center.
